With Windows 8 Developer Preview released for general public it is obvious that one would like to have the preview of it. If you are already a windows user say Windows 7 then it should be very easy to upgrade to win8. But for mac user its different story. I here by present you a way to Bootcamp windows 8 with OSX Lion.

Required stuff:
Windows 7 x64 DVD, Windows 8 Dev Pre x64 installer , A Blank CD, Internet Connection,Off course a MacBook Pro.
Thing you need to before hand:
- Get atleast 50GB of Free Space if you do gaming.
- Verify Disk,Permission
- Erasing Free space will be a smart idea though it is not compulsory
- Extract the Windows 8 iso file into pendrive or any other external storage.
Steps:
- Update your OSX lion to latest version of Bootcamp.
- Open BootCamp from Launcher. It resides in Utilities Folder.
- Follow the wizard. Let bootcamp download you Driver for you mac. Burn the Driver drivers in cd.
- Create a partition for Windows partition. The Disk Manager will take care of it for you.
- After you done with the partition insert you Window 7 DVD. We will be installing Windows 7 DVD first and upgrade it to windows 8 later.
- Bootcamp will detect the installation DVD.
- Follow the standard Windows Installation Wizard. When asked for partition for installation select the BootCamp Partition
- Installation of Windows 7 will be fairly easy.
- After done with installation of windows 7. Insert the Driver CD you have burnt in step number 3.
- When you done with Driver on reboot you should get the full Working Windows 7 OS.
- Now insert the pendrive where you have extracted windows 8 installer.
- Run setup.exe (We are upgrading here)
- Few Agreement and you can go to next screen.
- Please be connected internet so that your windows 8 will automatically get activated.
- When you are done with installation of windows 8. Insert the driver CD again
- On running auto installation you will get error stating it require windows 7.
- This place where you need to use logic. Browse to your DVD RW Drive. Select setup.exe, on upper windows you will see Application Tab highlighted in pink.Click on that tab(application). Click on Troubleshoot Compatibility. Program Compatibility Troubleshooter will run and present you a windows with couple of options. Select Troubleshoot program. On next windows you will see Program Work with Earlier Version option select. Click on next. Now Check Windows 7 radio button. Click Start program.
- Boom you should be able to run the driver. Next You full working windows 8 is ready to use.
P.S.>> I paired my magic mouse it worked fine with windows 8. You should not be getting any driver error or warning.
